Where I’m from:

Why from everywhere, of course. By the time I was 12 we had moved 26 times. Born in Jacksonville Florida, as a Navy Brat my Dad tended to get us moved around a little bit until he retired from the Navy and we moved back to Michigan.

Work History:

After graduating high school I decided I missed the moving days, so I enlisted in the Navy just like Dad. I spent the next six years seeing the world and missing my family. I switched services and joined the Air Force because Air Force Bases don’t get underway. After putting in another 14 years with the military and an additional 16 moves with my family, we settled down in Colorado until my two oldest kids graduated from high school. Since then, we have moved home to Michigan where I played with a telephone company for 8 years. Finally, the Michigan Economy caught up with me and I joined the ranks of the unemployed for the first time since I was 16. Low and behold, a year and a half later, here I am freezing my derafndaoeurjnc off in Antarctica.

I have the most beautiful woman in the world as my bride and her name is Donna. The day I met her I woke up my mother at 2 in the morning to let her know I found the girl I was going to marry. That was in the summer of 1972 and my prediction came true just a scant 3 years later. Since that time we have had three wonderful children; Tanya, who lives in Bellingham, WA and works for the ferndale School Distrct as well as my webmaster; TJ, who lives in Cedar Springs until he and his family can sell their house and move to Grand Haven; and David, who lives whereever he can and is now working in accounts receivable. We also have a new addition to the family. Emmalee is my grand step neice. We adopted her last year and the entire family couldn’t be happier.

Reading, four wheeling, camping, computer games, traveling so I can see the World!
